The services on this website are provided by NextStep, trading as Prido AI, a consulting and advisory firm based in India. When these terms refer to “we”, “us” or “our”, they refer to NextStep. You can reach us at support@pridoai.com or through our contact page.

What we sell is professional consulting and advisory work: an assessment of your business, written recommendations, and our consultants’ time to guide you through them.

By creating an account, purchasing, or continuing to use the service, you accept these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

Prido AI provides an AI readiness scorecard, paid AI Starter Blueprint and AI Audit diagnostic reports, and implementation services (AI Pilot, AI Launchpad and the AI Concierge subscription). Deliverables, page counts and turnaround times are described on our pricing page.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• upload malware, probe, scan, scrape or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
• reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical or plan limits.

Parts of our reports are produced with AI models. You are responsible for the information you submit, for how you use the outputs, for verifying accuracy before acting, and for having the rights to any content you provide. Do not submit content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive (including deepfakes), or that you are not permitted to share, and do not attempt to jailbreak or misuse the models.

You keep ownership of the inputs you provide and, subject to payment, may use the report we deliver to you within your business. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts where content breaches these terms. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and act, including terminating accounts for repeat infringement.

Accuracy: AI outputs and benchmark estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate. Our reports are business guidance, not legal, tax, financial or other regulated professional advice, and should be reviewed by a qualified person before you rely on them.

We retain all rights in our consulting materials, including the questionnaires, scoring methodology, report templates, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the advisory deliverables we produce for you internally, within the engagement you purchased.

We are a consulting and advisory firm. We do not sell, licence or develop software, and we do not provide IT services, software development, hosting or managed technology services. Any third-party AI or automation tools referenced in our recommendations are licensed by you directly from their vendor under that vendor’s own terms; we advise on selection and guide setup alongside your team.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control may affect availability.

NextStep, trading as Prido AI, is the seller and merchant of record for all orders. Payments are processed securely on our behalf by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card details. All customer service enquiries, cancellations and refunds are handled directly by us at support@pridoai.com.

Prices are shown in US dollars and Indian rupees; you are charged in rupees if you are in India and in dollars otherwise, plus any tax that applies where you are. Subscriptions (AI Concierge) renew monthly at the price shown at purchase until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access for the period you have already paid for. See our refund policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may request an export of your assessment data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from the content you submit, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms and will change the “last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
